About

Jenna has a masters degree in the conservation of cultural materials with a specialty in paintings that was awarded by the University of Melbourne with highest honors in 2023. Prior to that, she was a conservation intern from 2018-2022 at the Seattle Art Museum, and a gallery technician with them in 2017. She has undertaken numerous volunteer and paid projects as a conservator with a range of experience from preventive to paintings. Her undergraduate degree in History and Archaeology was awarded with honors from the University of Hawaii in 2014. She has been honored to work for the Gija Indigenous community in Kununurra, Western Australia as part of the Nyawurru skin name.

She is a current member of the American Institute for Conservation and a former member of the Australian Institute for Conservation of Cultural Material.
